Last Days Living is a Christian discipleship resource at lastdaysliving.com, operated by Duane C. White under DuaneWhiteEnterprises.com LLC. This site exists to help believers live faithfully as citizens of God’s Kingdom.
What We Collect and Why
Email subscribers. If you choose to subscribe to Last Days Living, we collect your email address and, if provided, your first name. This information is used solely to send you content from this site. We use MailerLite to manage our subscriber list. Subscription requires double opt-in confirmation. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Reader questions. If you submit a question through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used to respond to your question. We use Forminator Pro to manage form submissions. IP addresses are captured for spam protection. Form data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our server logs basic visitor information including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security monitoring and site performance and is not sold or shared.
Content Delivery
This site uses Smush Pro and Hummingbird, both of which utilize the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN) to serve images and files efficiently. Stackpath may store web log information including IP addresses, user agent, referrer, location, and ISP data for up to 7 days. Files may be served from servers outside your home country. Images processed through Smush are sent to WPMU Dev servers for optimization. EXIF data is stripped during this process and is not retained.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for administrative functions only (site admin login sessions). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics cookies. We do not run third-party ad networks on this site.
What We Don’t Do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described above (MailerLite for email delivery, Stackpath for CDN). We do not run advertising networks. We do not require account registration to access any content on this site.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or request that it be deleted, by contacting us through the reader question form. Subscriber data deletion requests are honored immediately via MailerLite’s unsubscribe process.
