Yes, in the Biblical Sense
The New Testament uses the phrase “last days” to describe the era that began when Jesus Christ came into the world. Not a short crisis window before His return, but the whole span of time between His first coming and His promised second coming.
“In these last days he has spoken to us by his Son.” (Hebrews 1:2)
By that measure, we’ve been in the last days for about two thousand years. The era began at the resurrection and the giving of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. It continues now. It will end when Christ returns.
But It Isn’t a Countdown
The Bible doesn’t give timelines for the end. When Jesus’ disciples asked Him directly about timing, He answered plainly:
“It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority.” (Acts 1:7)
Timing belongs to God. What belongs to us is how we live in the era we’ve actually been given. That’s a different question — and a better one.
What This Site Is About
LastDaysLiving takes its name from that biblical meaning. The last days aren’t a season of alarm. They’re the era we live in — and the question this site works on is how Christians live faithfully inside that era.
Not prediction. Not headline-reading. Not fear.
Just the ordinary, steady work of following Jesus Christ now — trusting His reign, loving your neighbor, bearing witness, enduring hardship with hope.
